Barton VanderBurg

Mr. VanderBurg has significant principal investing, mergers and acquisitions and operating experience.  During his career, Mr. VanderBurg has completed mergers & acquisitions transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $2.9 billion and has assisted with over $2 billion of debt and equity financings.  Mr. VanderBurg’s private equity experience includes serving as a Partner with Longview Merchant Banc, a Principal with Banc of America Capital Investors, and as a consultant to Shamrock Capital Advisors, Inc., Waud Capital Partners, L.L.C. and Gateway City Capital Investors.  During this time, he invested $220 million in fifteen investments in middle market companies. 

Mr. VanderBurg was previously Chief Financial Officer of Intelligent Reasoning Systems, Inc. and Director of Manufacturing Business Development of Tycom Corporation.  Mr. VanderBurg began his career as a Financial Analyst with First Boston Corporation advising companies on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. 

Mr. VanderBurg received a BBA summa cum laude in Finance and Accounting from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.  Mr. VanderBurg is a certified public accountant. 

He is currently a director of Global Precision Products, LLC, Six15 Technologies, a member of the IMS Companies, LLC advisory board, a former director of Hi-Tech Manufacturing LLC, and Four Leaf Textiles, LLC, and instructor of Entrepreneurial Finance at the Keller Graduate School of Management.

Tim Weaver

Tim Weaver has 25+ years of executive management, leadership, strategic business development, P&L management, and team building experience in medical, aerospace, telecommunication, industrial, and electronics industries.  Most recently, Mr. Weaver served as CEO at Hi-Tech Manufacturing, LLC.  Hi-Tech Manufacturing is a $60 million sub-contract manufacturer primarily focused on highly critical medical equipment components and sub-assemblies.  Prior to Hi-Tech Manufacturing, Mr. Weaver held executive level positions at Accellent Corporation, Newport Corporation, Tycom Corporation, and Praegitzer Industries. 

Mr. Weaver has had direct responsibilities for operations ranging in sales from $10 - $150 million and has managed facilities in North America, South America, Asia, and Europe.

Mr. Weaver received his B.S. in Industrial Quality Engineering from Kennedy Western University and is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

John Fitzpatrick

Mr. Fitzpatrick has over forty years of diversified manufacturing experience.  Mr. Fitzpatrick previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Woodcraft Industries, Inc. ("Woodcraft").  Woodcraft is a $300 million manufacturer of hardwood and engineered wood doors and components for the kitchen cabinet industry.

Previously, Mr. Fitzpatrick served as Chief Operating Officer of NexCycle, Inc., a $120 million, private equity sponsored consolidator of specialty recycling businesses; Vice President of Operations of Iteo, Inc.; and Division General Manager, Engineered Systems for Graco, Inc.  Mr. Fitzpatrick also has twenty years of diversified experience with General Electric Company in marketing, strategic planning and general management.

He is currently a director of Global Precision Products, LLC, Baker Manufacturing Company, LLC and Woodcraft.

Mr. Fitzpatrick earned a BSME from The University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Jim Hoesley

Mr. Hoesley has worked in financial services since 1974.  Mr. Hoesley spent over 33 years in Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Division. 

Over the course of his investment banking career, Mr. Hoesley held several senior-level positions, including Co-Head of the Credit Suisse Chicago Investment Banking office, Member of Credit Suisse’s Investment Banking Committee, founding member of Credit Suisse’s Capital Markets Group in New York, and founding member of Credit Suisse’s first regional banking office in Chicago.

Mr. Hoesley has been involved in a broad range of capital raising initiatives, merger and acquisition transactions, and financial advisory assignments for both public and private companies.  His clients have included Ford Motor Company, S.C. Johnson, Snap-On, Navistar International, Cargill, Owens-Corning, First Chicago, Norwest Bank, and US Bank.

Mr. Hoesley’s board memberships have included Tribeca Flashpoint Academy, Guggenheim Partners, University of Pennsylvania Libraries, and Top Driver.  Mr. Hoesley is a former regent of St. John’s University.

Mr. Hoesley holds a B.A. in History from St. John’s University.  He earned an M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
